Today we close out August with our third foray into Queen's discography, this time discussing their fifth studio album, 1976's "A Day at the Races". Sandwiched between two mega-selling albums, "A Day at the Races", while still going platinum, could be seen as a bit of a disappointment when compared to "A Night at the Opera" and "News of the World". But what of this album? Was it an under-appreciated gem (or as under-appreciated as a platinum album could be), or was it a rushed effort and a misstep? Tune in to find out.
